Tune-Yards are known for their trippy, electronically-tinged alternative rock, and their newest album, I can feel you creep into my private life has been delighting fans and newcomers alike. Joining with director Susan Janow, they’ve dropped off the new music video for album cut “Honesty,” along with an awesome making-of featurette. The videos were produced via professional studio Creative Growth, an organization dedicated to providing a professional studio environment for artists with developmental, mental and physical disabilities.
Playfully pitting the lyrics against the subject of the video, Tune-Yards’ Merrill Garbus takes on the role of a bored housewife taking an absurd and ecstatic psychedelic experience. Check it out, along with the featurette, below and don’t miss Tune-Yards on Saturday, June 23rd.
