As Mamby’s “More Than Music” series continues, we invite fans to rejuvenate themselves with specialty yoga sessions led by a variety of Nadi Yoga instructors throughout the festival weekend. These sessions are FREE to all Mamby attendees. Session schedules to be announced closer to the fest.

For those looking to get active and stay limber for all the festival fun, Mamby will offer Nadi Yoga sessions to help soothe and unlock the body’s various energies. Nadi Yoga is a collective of creative, wellness-aware individuals who join together with a common goal: to create movement within ourselves and one another. The word “nadi” comes from the Sanskrit root “nad-” meaning “flow” or “vibration.” Nadi refers to the channels in which consciousness flows. When we link our mind to our body and our body to our mind, through breath and movement, we begin to open these channels. During the Mamby weekend, attendees will have the chance to practice Nadi Yoga and unlock their most vital energy sources as the Mamby music washes over the grounds.

Nadi Yoga sessions run anywhere from 30-75 minutes in a vinyasa-style flow that is available to all skill levels. We will be releasing a full schedule of daily yoga sessions closer to the festival date.

Check out more information about the Nadi Yoga team below, and stay tuned for more details surrounding the festival’s inclusive array of interactive installations, wellness workshops, activities and eats coming soon!
